In order to accelerate the rhythm of the game and prevent the accumulation of idle moments, I suggest the additions of cards that cost no stamina.
Proposed mechanics:
Cards that apply a positive effect to yourself. The effects could be of one use or stay on the field for a set amount of time and then disappear.
